If GE 4.1.21.0 really can't update the computer, then I had really expected there to be a new GE without the version *21* bug prior to seeing the new map update being offered. I did check first and found that there was no newer version of GE that came out today with the new map update. If I did update the computer with 2017.20 with the new GE, then things are going to be even more confused. I'll report back if my map update worked for both the nuvi and the computer.
